"Hotel was convenient and clean. However, possibly the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on and room A/C controls were terrible. For a $350 per night room, please have mattresses that are not like sleeping on a back of rocks. Also the room was stuffy. We set the wall thermostat to 65 and it didn’t change much. I’m tired of hotels regulating room temps to save money. If I’m paying for a room, I should be able to have the room as cool or warm as I like since I am the paying customer. You should at least be up front to guests if you regulate room temps in a certain range. "

"The property is amazing, lots of fun for the whole family. The room was super clean, quiet and we slept really well. We all wished that there was a hot tub, but we never made it to the spa area, so maybe there was one there that was available for guests. That was never advertised though. The pool was fantastic."

"Great location by river and downtown. Appreciated the gift bottle of wine in the room. Bedding was lovely but pillow top mattress way too soft. Only place I’ve stayed that had an electric tea kettle in the room. Did not like having to walk around the side of the building to get to our room though. Thankfully wasn’t raining. "
