A beautiful garden hotel

This place is big and spacious, it's like a big garden. The scenery out of the window is fantastic! The room is ordinary, not much to talk about. I knows there is a barbecue restaurant inside the hotel, was planning to try, but it only operates in the evening. Next time I can try it out. The only inconvenience is there is no lift, but the service staff was willing to help me with the luggage.

Good Accommodation

Certainly a very nice hotel in beautiful surroundings. Wifi was a little weak, but we were given a personal modem, which fixed the issue. Breakfast was fine and huge variety. English speaking TV channels was a welcome addition, because we had just had a couple of weeks in Japan and got none. Would we recommend this Hotel - Yes.

旅行にはオススメの宿！

百家湖の前にある静かなホテルです。フロントは英語でスムースにやりとりができ、部屋までボーイさんが荷物を運んでくれて楽チンでした。今時の高層ビルでなく、2階建てで横に広い構造になっています。フロントと部屋が別の建物となっており、途中にある庭の景観が楽しめます。部屋は中国の格安宿に比べれば快適で清潔感があります。シャワーの勢いもOK。朝食は和洋中とありますがおすすめは中華。南京名物の醤油ラーメンが美味しいです。アクセスに関しては、少し歩きますが地下鉄駅があり南京市街へすぐ行けます。また、近くにショッピング街があり、北京ダックで有名な全聚徳、火鍋店、1912と呼ばれるバー街などがあり結構楽しめます。南京の町外れですがタクシー使えば苦ではないのでのんびりしたい方にはおススメです。

In general this is a good hotel , nice clean rooms with a fair size for a reasonable price , the breakfast is also good and suitable for westerns ... Unfortunately the wifi only works if you have chinese Phone number, Management should fix this.

観光目的には不満の無いホテルです

南京観光のため利用しました。街中からちょっと外れた所にあり、百家湖を目の前にした静かなホテルです。 フロントと客室が別建物となっており、池のある中庭を通って客室へ行く構造となっています。結構歩きますが、そこはリゾート気分を味わえます。客室棟は3階建て、エレベータはなくボーイさんがスーツケースを気合いを入れて運んでくれます。 アクセスは電車、タクシーどちらでも良好。行きは空港から電車（S1番線、南京南駅乗り換えで地下鉄1号線）を利用し、帰りはタクシーを使いました。フロントは英語にて丁寧な対応です。早朝5時半のチェックアウトでしたがその場でタクシーを呼んでもらいました。 湖のそばですので、周りに建物はあまりありません。 10～15分ほど歩きますが、大通り方面に向かえばショッピング街があるので食事、買い物には困りません。 朝食はビュッフェスタイル。サラダとベーコン・ソーセージ、目玉焼きでパンを食べるも良し。野菜の炒めものや小龍包、おかゆと麺で中華を食べるも良し。美味しくいただきました。 部屋もとくに不満はありません。アメニティ関連は一通りそろっています。ハウスキーパーさんはすれ違いざまに挨拶してくれるので、ホテル内の雰囲気は良いです。客室棟の床は全体がカーペット敷きとなっており、清潔感は問題ないです。日中は南京の観光地を巡り、夜はゆっくり休むような旅にはぴったりだと思います。

The Hotel with Terrible Customer Service

If you are an American and used to great customer service this hotel is NOT for you. The hotel staff were not prepared for a western guest. Frankly, no one spoke English and throughout my entire stay they were not willing to try to communicate with me. There was a 900 RMB (134 USD) (I stayed 3 nights) security deposit that the hotel charged to my card that they didn`t tell me about. The room was nice, despite the fact that there are no elevators in the hotel and the AC didn`t work. Hotel is close to metro, but far away from the main attractions of Nanjing.

Bad impression

Nota good experience the moment I tried to check in. Was told no reservation made n was also told I might be at the wrong hotel. Wifi was not stable n weak throughout my stay. Room Key went wrong the next day. They did not know I am staying for 2 days. Service attitude at the Chinese restaurant was good.

庭院式酒店

庭院式酒店，环境优雅，有小桥流水，入住两天，每天市区观光好回到酒店都有一种舒心的感觉。百家湖旁散散步很舒服。部分设施有点陈旧，室外的泳池感觉已经很久没有人去打扫过了。如果可以多一点亲子方面的设施就可以窝在酒店玩一天了。

Nice hotel but a bit far from city centre

The location of the hotel is in new distinct area, quiet far from city centre and tourist spots. But the hotel itself is really nice and quiet a big one, with a nice indoor swimming pool and near a nice lake. Very good choice for relax and quiet vocation.
