"Great location! Has a coffee shop right on site. Also a place to eat breakfast. The welcome rum punch was really fun!"

"The room was simple, but smelled real good when we came in. The building is, again, simple, but a lower price than the other hotels in that area, so I guess you get what you pay for (not that it's cheap in any way, but compared...). There was no daily service offered, so the room was never cleaned during our stay. My phone fell under the bed and I needed to lift the mattress to reach it, and I smelled urine on the bottom side of the mattress. And there was a roach on the floor the very last day (which honestly, it's a hot area, so I believe that it's pretty common), but if we had gotten daily service, they could have cleaned that up (hopefully). We did not try the breakfast that was offered daily, because we had other plans, so I can't judge that. They do have a coffee machine available 24 hrs in the lobby, so that was convenient, even if the coffee wasn't great. There are plenty of pools, which we also did not make use of, because it gave a vibe of a party place more than a relaxing place. But it fulfilled our needs for the stay and it is in great location, walkable everywhere. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING! all the street parking is for residents, and even the 30 mins load and unload spot was taken when we tried to pack up to leave. We parked in the garage two blocks away which was fine, but expensive."

"We had a great stay. The pool was perfect. Bed was comfortable. Great location, was close to everything. Only drawbacks were no parking on the property. We usually were able to park within a block. Also I had a knee replacement and it was a little difficult to step over the tub to get into the shower. It would be nice if the tub could be taken out and replaced with a walk-in shower. Overall it is a great place to stay."

"Are room was ok. There was an unusable beach. The smell was terrible. The restaurants were not kid friendly and made no effort to accommodate a 10 year old. Had 3 different menus and wouldn't cook anything that was on the bar menu that used the same kitchen. All kinds of additional fees at checkout. Wouldn't go there again. No more inclusive resorts for me. To many added fees."

"While the property was clean & well maintained, the pool was closed for three of the five days we were there (bummer). However, staff were quick to let us know that the pool of an adjacent property could be utilized instead. Everyone was cheerful, friendly & quick to assist. Our room was comfortable, cool & quiet. Loved the location as we walked everywhere."
