"I requested a ground floor room because of mobility issues and, after a brief puch back, agreed to change my room to first floor, which I appreciated. Everything was fine until we went to get in the bed. There were several small ants in the bed and on the bedside table. We had not eaten anything in the room to attract them. I went to the front desk and the man was on the phone talking to someone affiliated with the motel. The man told the person on the other end about the ants and then replied...

"Except terrible hurricane every thing was perfect 👌"

"Loved it! Was only there for one night and wish I could've stayed longer! My flight was delayed and I got in very late and was nervous for a late check in, but the inn keeper stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. Breakfast was wonderful and as a solo female traveler I felt relaxed and safe!"

"A quiet, clean place conveniently located near Mid-Cape, 10 minutes from Orleans. Easy check-in and check-out; this was our second stay."

"👍"

"Clean. Beautiful setting"

"The staff were very friendly & kept the rooms nice & clean. We especially liked the delicious breakfasts at the on-site restaurant. Thank you!"

"There were lots of bugs in my room and in the sheets. Everywhere you looked there were bugs."

"Clean, quiet and well-maintained facility that has a heated indoor pool. The bed sheets were high quality and didn't feel like sandpaper. They even provided daily maid service where other Cape Cod motels only provide towels on request."

"The hotel is superbly located in the center of Chatham within walking distance to all shops on Main Street. The hotel is very well decorated and cozy. The room is also very cozy and very well equipped. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is clean. The breakfast is typical but good."

"I highly recommend Old Manse Inn. It is charming, welcoming and every detail is accounted for. The innkeepers are very friendly and kind - and make a delicious breakfast!"

"The newly renovated rooms were bright and comfortable. We didn’t have a chance to try the indoor pool, but it looked nice! The only complaint I have is that our reservation states free breakfast but the management said that was an error. They compromised by paying a portion of our breakfast. I think free breakfast would be a nice amenity since there is a restaurant on the premises. It also would be nice if they gave you an option of tea along with coffee in the rooms."
