Great apartment in good location

Great hotel, free airport pick up which was a bonus. Apartment nice, clean and spacious and free breakfast plentiful. Not too far from town and easy to order bolts to get around. Would stay again!

Home away from home

Rooms are spacious and beds/couch were comfortable. It was so nice having essentially a mini apartment with a balcony for our last couple days in Nairobi. Staff was friendly and attentive. The food (and drinks from the bar) were good and reasonably priced. If your looking for home base to explore Nairobi and the surrounding area, I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Very spacious rooms great for small or large families. Love that they provide a washer and dryer in each apartment. The food is great. Also great price on Expedia or booking .com and will include breakfast. The staff are all so hospitable :)

Lovely aparthotel

Nice property with friendly staff and good security. Big apartment with full kitchen including washer. Good bed, shower and fans to stay cool. Quiet area but with a small mall 5!mins walk away to get groceries and to eat. Food in the hotel rooftop restaurant was good value and tasty. Recommend completely.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I hardly have words to describe how amazing Executive Residency by Best Western Nairobi was! The staff were absolutely fantastic – incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms are beautiful, with high ceilings and a calm, comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of delicious options. I accidentally left a large sum of money in my room, and the staff found and returned every single note – that says everything about their honesty and integrity. The hotel also helped arrange an excellent driver for a safari in Nairobi National Park and a city tour. Everything went perfectly from start to finish. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at – I can highly recommend it!

Stayed at the Executive Residency for about a week on a family trip, and it was exactly what I needed. It feels less like a sterile hotel and more like a high-end apartment complex, which makes a major difference if you’re staying for more than a couple of days. The Room (The Apartment) I stayed in a two-bedroom suite, and I was genuinely impressed. The kitchen is fully equipped (full-sized fridge, stove, even a washing machine), which was a lifesaver. The living area was spacious enough to host a small meeting, and the balcony had a great view of the Riverside greenery. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains actually worked—I slept like a baby despite the jet lag. A Few Minor Things: Traffic: During rush hour, getting in and out of Riverside Drive can be a bit of a crawl. Give yourself an extra 20 minutes for any appointment. Vibe: It’s a very quiet, professional atmosphere. If you’re looking for a "party" hotel or a big social scene, this might be a bit too low-key for you. Final Verdict: If you are traveling for work or with family and want the convenience of a kitchen with the service of a hotel, this is easily one of the best options in Nairobi. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

The choice to stay here was the right choice. The excellent breakfast each morning was tops as the service level was high from the morning staff. My omelette was made to perfection by the young man. The first day of breakfast, I knew this was the place for me. Now the room, is a mix of today's modern furniture and yesteryear's door frames and poorly covered bathroom floor tiles. The bath shower tiles are quite slippery and moldy along one line in rm103. The front door has a huge gash to the right that desperately needs a bit of spackling near the room number sign. I had no idea there was no a/c before we arrived. We survived but make a huge note about that. The building is an older building and they have tried their best to update it but the ripped/torn sticky floor rubber in both bathrooms has been peeling. The appliances are new and quite efficient. The hotel has a good address and the front desk is more than willing to help with almost anything you ask. They were so pleasant with smiles and assurances. I highly recommend this hotel even though we didn't use most of the amenities during this trip.

Shuttle: Maximum 3 People with little luggage

The room size, cleanliness, and general service were satisfactory, and we appreciated that aspect of our stay. However, we were very disappointed with the shuttle service. We chose this hotel specifically because of the complimentary shuttle, but although our reservation was clearly for four people, we were required to use two cars and asked to pay for an additional vehicle. We only had the usual amount of luggage for travelers. At the time, we were told that the shuttle policy limits passengers to three, yet later we could not find any such clause in the stated policy. This left us feeling misled and unfairly treated.

We stayed at the Executive Residence for one night prior to our Safari. We had a 2 bed Family room plus breakfast. The price we paid was very low for the property, check in was straight forward, along with check out, staff were very helpful. Can't really comment on the properties location, i assume it was relatively safe as i noticed there were a number of Embassy Residences on the drive in. Given the price we paid (AUD $267) I'd happily stay there again and recommend it.

This was our fourth stay here and we were still impressed with how quiet the area is. On-site, safe parking, friendly and helpful staff, a great buffet breakfast daily and spacious rooms are some of the highlights. Will be very likely to stay here again on our next visit to Nairobi.
