Larger than average rooms, good gym, excellent service. I have stayed here several times before and will come back. My only criticism relates to the room service menu. It’s quite boring and has no Thai food on offer...strange given that this is a Thai hotel chain and it has a really good Thai restaurant (Soi) on the ground floor.

Back its very best

An absolute faultless stay from start to finish. Every member of staff without exception were outstanding.The quality of the rooms are the best in Nairobi. Very spacious and well fitted. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the staff there were exception, in particular Koki, Helen and the best egg chef around, Bernadette. The welcome at reception is always greeted with a smile. Lorah was outstanding. It is my hotel of choice in Nairobi

Everything! Amazing hotel and people. Service is excellent. Rooms are our of this world! Everything works Security is water tight - you would expect that after the recent issues. Sometimes a pain, but necessary.

Dusit is back!

Dusit is back. Staff is as friendly as before, but some processes are a bit slow. Reception needs to be better organized and work faster. Airport transfer is absolute value for money as they offer wifi in their shuttle you can work on the way. drivers are well trained and very helpful. SOI Restaurant staff understand their job! Great to have a conversation and laugh with them. Beds still huge, rooms very comfortable! The early check-in topped it off! Great that Dusit is back!

I arrived late at night but check in with Mike was smooth and relaxed also I awoke a bit late for breakfast but was still able to get a decent breakfast even though the breakfast area had closed

Simply elagant, marvellous experience. We made last minute reservations but the staff were very helpful and managed to accommodate us despite the short notice. The rooms are exquisite. The property is just out of this world. Keep up the good job

Nice hotel in a safe area

This is a lovely hotel and great rooms. It’s a shame you have to actually leave the hotel (not the complex) to get to the pool, which is also situated behind a building so loses the sun quite early if that’s what you are going for.

A memorable visit.

A very good hotel, staff always welcome you with a smile. Our Dvine Room was outstanding. For the benefits that you receive, it is well worth paying the extra to upgrade to a Dvine Room. The only negative that impacted on our complete enjoyment of our stay was the breakfast service. The food was great but service poor, with our table not cleared between courses and having to attract a waiter's attention to get coffee. We fed this back to the management team who assured us that this issue will be resolved. One of the benefits of the Dvine Room, is use of the D Lounge. This was a great experience thanks to Lorah who looked after us during our visit. Will we stay at D2 on our next visit? Definitely yes!

Relatively flawless, the Thai chain hotel is a great addition to the Nairobi hotel scene. Rooms are nice and big enough, roman showers are amazing and the beds are extra comfortable. Add to this a nice patio and lounge and a broad range of international cocktails and this hotel, with rooms reasonably priced, make every other hotel in town looking old and expensive. The thai restaurant is a bit pricey but the quality is there. The swimming pool is interesting and relaxing, the gym has nothing but new accessories.

Morden hotel with great service

Had a very good stay after a second visit. Generally great service and a good stay. Some minor costs like paying for sparking water and a morning coffee dimish the experience but otherwise a good stay.
