Capital Heights Hotel was an unexpectedly great find. The rooms are clean and nice. Location is convenient. The hotel itself is gated. I ended up extending my stay by a day.
The hotel was exactly what I needed for 4 nights in Niarobi. Hot shower. Clean bed. Nice restaurant. The staff were helpful and the owners brother, David, was good company and also very helpful. I would stay here again.
There is also 24 hour on site security so safety is no concern.
This is the worse place I have ever stayed in Nairobi.
Not tv no Wi-Fi water was too hot or too cold.
I can’t believe I have paid 5000 place like this.
Places like this are normally 1500 shillings.
This really will put me off using Expedia again.
Not happy at all.
My weeklong stay here went pretty well, all things considered. As a solo traveler, I didn't really need much and Capital Heights Hotel satisfied. The staff were helpful when I had questions or needed help, the room was cleaned and tidied daily and there’s a restaurant attached to the hotel.
My only issues and they're very small issues, were: I didn’t have a 'nice view' from my room, bed was a little on the stiff side and one of the knobs of the bathroom sink didn’t work.
These didn't ruin my stay though. If traveling solo or with a small group to Nairobi, Capital Height Hotel is a good option.
