Great place to stay in Karen area

We stayed 5 nights and loved it. It is close to malls, Sheldrick elephant orphanage and the Giraffe Center. Would stay here again on next visit to Nairobi.

terrible; bush house is in an obscure location,not known and the online map reference is incorrect; my room was booked and paid for - yet was not available when I arrived; I was shifted to an annexe 2-3 km away which I had to find myself;could not be worse really; i think the staff are trying their best.

Et slitsomt hotellopphold.

Hotellet hadde flyttet og skiftet navn uten å registrere det på hotels.com. Vi fant den gamle adressen, men ingen var der. Var heldige å få litt informasjon fra en nabo så vi fikk riktig tlf nr til hotellet. Brukte lang tid på å finne frem dit. Rommet var kjempekoselig. Men servitøren som serverte middag var ruset og oppførte seg merkelig. Brukte veldig lang tid på å servere oss. Vi ble rett og slett sure. Synes ikke dette hotellet fortjener å bli anbefalt av hotels.com
