"Emailed to ask to book a taxi upon our arrival. Had a reply saying that they would be able to do it. Gave all flight details to the hotel but no taxi was ordered. Arrived at the hotel after our flight to be given the wrong room and was told by the receptionist that I was incorrect and that I had the wrong information (Which I didn’t and showed him to get the correct room) Wasn’t very helpful at all. "Parking was someone easy. I say this because crossing the bridge to get there was quite sketchy. The room was not that great. The bathroom was extremely small. My wife is 5'8 and she hit her head on the bathroom door. There is a heater/ radiator in the room but it was quite ineffective. We woke up the next morning. Very cold.
