Yes ocean could be seen. Code didn't work after notifying staff 3 times, no cable, dvd machine offered did not work, had bleed and dirt on my sheets. It was almost okay and every other hotel was booked. I wouldn't go back. Have fun on the beach.

The website said the room was updated in 2025. That was complete BS. There was paint on the kitchen cabinets. The draws were out of wack and difficult to open. The king bed was absolutely terrible. The box spring creaked and groaned like it was going to fall apart. The mattress had bellies in that were like craters . Just got home and my back is killing Me. To get you into the room they gave you a 9 number code that didn’t work. Never heard of such a thing. The only saving grace was the view. Absolutely stunning looking at the beach and the ocean. Would I stay there again? Absolutely not and would never recommend it either.

The resort has potential. Just needs updates. Unfortunately our Spring Break fall during a colder week. The hot tub helped with the chilly weather.The pool and lazy river were semi heated but the breeze was cold. It looks like that area could easily be made into a covered pool. The other pool area wasn’t heated and was soooo cold. Parking is horrible. The parking garage was a block away. Praise God it didn’t rain, there isn’t a catwalk/shelter to protect from rain. When I checked in there was a car blocking everyone, I was blocked in for 20 mins. The room I was originally checked into would not unlock. The staff tried to unlock the room with the pin, no pins worked. The master key wouldn’t unlock the door after 30mins of trying I was put in another room. The VIEW was BEAUTIFUL! That’s what made the stay worth staying. Housekeeping could do better. Baseboards were dusty. The walls were dirty and needed wiped. The curtains were dirty. There was mold on the tub lining. My floor smelled like marijuana every day. Breakfast was in a restaurant across the street. I guess I’m use to resorts with parking garages attached, or parking being at your door. I’m use to the spa being on site as well as dinning with room service.
