"It’s always great at this location"

"My bike got stollen out of the back of my truck parked in their “secure” parking lot, hotel caught the thief while he was stealing my bike and instead of calling to wake me up they called the rcmp who didnt show up for another half hour after the thief already made their way with my bike. Only to find out for myself the next morning that it was gone. Hotel staff refused to let me see the security footage and advised me rcmp would be in contact with me. Still have yet to hear anything back from...

"Beautifully maintained hotel with lovely rooms. Great attention to cleanliness. Had a small issue with the TV and the staff were very quick to rectify the problem. Everyone was very nice and helpful"

"Didn't like the fact there were no designated smoking areas with butt cans"

"Convenient"

"It was a comfortable stay, clean and well maintained hotel."

"Upon arrival, the toilet paper roll was empty, dirt had been pushed into the corners of the room, and there were no face cloths. The blankets were very thin, the walls were thin, the bed was uncomfortable, and the towels and bedding had stains. Overall, it's a nice property in a convenient location, but not a comfortable place to sleep after a long drive."

"Staff at check out didn’t seem friendly at all, as if he was looking down on me compared to a lady checking out before me. He had a demeanor look on his face towards me (not sure because of my race as black?). I will not stay with that site again."

"Great location for west side of city. Food is close. Starbucks close"

"The room was clean and quiet. Very spacious for 2 people. Breakfast buffet had a nice assortment of items."

"The hotel was clean and roomy, the second floor facing the street goes out to a huge patio. The staff were upbeat and the morning breakfast had a lot to offer. The only thing missing was a microwave in the room."

"Stayed 3 nights in Kelowna while attending an event at Prospera Place only 7 min. drive away. Breakfast included was a priority & was good enough, but the breakfast room was sometimes too crowded to find a seat. Room spacious & adequately updated. Seemed clean, but then I noticed after walking across the room barefoot that the bottom of my feet were dirty. The dark vinyl plank flooring hid a dirty floor. Housekeeping was by request only. Overall a good stay, convenient location."

"Our hosts, Suzana and Allen, were very welcoming. The home is immaculate and tastefully decorated. The highlight of course was breakfast each day. The eating area is bright and cheery with a wonderful view of the valley. Suzana prepared a delicious variety of foods with fresh, local ingredients - many dishes were her own recipes. Allen brewed fresh coffee every morning and kept our cups topped up. On our last morning we were also treated to his Apple Cottage Cheese Bake. We especially liked that...
