"Came to Hanoi for a concert, stayed for a full week. The front staff were very welcoming and friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean."

"Even though the hotel's surroundings are a little bit deserted, the hotel itself is very new, neat, and clean. The hotel staff is very helpful with local information. I also received a small welcome note in my room when I arrived. Though the hotel seems targeted Japanese guests, as the staff initially greeted me in Japanese, guests who speak other language are also welcomed. The self-service breakfast is great, too."

"👍"

"We used many other units in this property. This particular one was well maintained and communication was excellent. I highly recommend this property."

"A great apartment with plenty of room. Nice and quiet too."

"Good location, friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious."

"good"

"Air conditioning was not working well."
