"Clean room, great staff very guest friendly."

"The room was so humid that the floor was all wet by morning. I informed staff multiple times but they just asked to keep AC on all night. But it was on all the time. It was not addressed and I nearly slipped twice. The mirror light wasn’t working and wasn’t fixed for 5 days straight. Property has a private beach which is cleaned & maintained regularly - it was a bliss walking on the shore every evening away from the main city. The staff at seagull is very friendly, esp Siva who went out of his...

"We booked three rooms for our family, and unfortunately, none of them were clean upon arrival — it was a complete disappointment. Given the high temperatures in summer, we specifically chose this hotel because it offered air conditioning. However, the AC units were not functioning, and there were no fans available as an alternative. Despite raising multiple complaints, no one responded or made any effort to address the issues. The rooms were poorly maintained and not cleaned properly. For the...

"Worst"

"Terribly disapointed in this property. Description on Hotels.com was very deceptive, consequently did not warrant the price we had to pay. Too many things to go into detail. Will never return."

"Okayish place , not worth more than 1200 per night"

"BUG INFESTATION (INCL THE BED) AND NO RUNNING WATER We booked a suite, by far the most expensive accommodation in the area, and could not have anticipated that we would spend the first night in a room filled with bugs, 2 of the 3 days without any running water and no hot water for the entire stay. We advised the hotel of the bugs in the room. They claimed that they fumigated every day (a concern in itself- why is fumigation necessary every day if the hotel is kept clean?), and that they would...

"Clean rooms"

"Need more improvement in property not worth for this much money and rooms also"

"They did not even know that I had a reservation. Complete breakdown of Expedia booking process. We booked two rooms. They could only show one. Ended up not staying there. Can we expect a refund? This property should not be listed in expedia. I use your service a lot. This was a very bad experience."
