"Jennis and his wife are extremely helpful. The hotel is clean and well kept. Not only were they able to assist in my commute to the airport and back, they were able to help me to items I needed, plan other upcoming trips and even store my luggage until my final stay before returning home. Jennis even kindly gave me a ride to the bus stop and would not even take any money!! Top notch establishment!"

"Nico ist ein sehr symphatischer Gastgeber und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Hotel hat sehr geräumige Zimmer und abseits der harten Matratze kann man nicht über fehlenden Komfort klagen. Die Klimaanlage hilft bei heißen Nächten und kann auch für Europäer angenehm hochgeregelt werden. Das Frühstück ist super lecker (besonders die Fruchtplatte) und abends konnten wir ebenfalls äußerst lecker Essen (Chilli-Chicken).

"This is an excellent hotel when in transit or having early flight out of Colombo. We arrived into Colombo around midnight and our transfer driver was waiting to take us to vila diva as we had arranged which was included in the rate for our stay. The next morning we were transported very promptly back to the airport for a small fee. Both the room and transport car were exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend vila diva transit hotel for quality, service, location and friendliness"
"Gamini (the owner) was so friendly and helpful with every need. He answered any question and did much more than you can expect from a hotel service. The staff in general was super friendly and polite and the food was great. Probably the best food in town! A quick ride to the surfkite Lagoon and right next to the bus station. "My highlight was meeting the owner and his wife. So knowledgeable about many things. It was a delight to talk to them and learn about the culture. This is a small hotel but it was really well kept up and very clean. The bathroom was great - a kitchen to make coffee and tea and a small breakfast if you wanted it. Not many restaurants nearby, but one that is an 8 minute walk. I chose to eat there several times (named "Coffee Boss"). Great selection of cafe drinks and a great menu of food. ...
"The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
We weren’t able to get the airport shuttle, but just did an uber for about $6 USD.
The next day we took their Tuk Tuk back to airport, and that was really fun for under $2 USD.
It was absolutely worth it to get out of the airport for that night, and have a bed and a warm shower before our next flight. The bottle waters were greatly appreciated.
