"Location was good, close to all cuisine options and the mall across the road had entertainment and shopping. Staff were friendly and the rooms was clean and modern. The family premier room was on the same floor as the pool making it easy for the kids to enjoy. Family room was large and had 3 separate bedrooms for our family to all have space."

"Room was clean and tidy. I really liked the clever use of space, and having a bed that can lay flat or take a reclined position eliminates the need for a chair in the room. Room has two sets of blinds in the shower area, blackout and shade. Fridge was a giid size, and the complimentary toothbrush and tooth paste is a nice touch. Breakfast options were plentiful, covering both Eastern and Western preferences. Hotel is in a great location for the shopping along Orchard Road, with access to the MRT a 2-min walk away and bus stop opposite the building. Staff were friendly. Overall an excellent stay, only suggestion for improvement is to improve the automated check-out desks as they were incredibly slow (5-10mins and lots of 'please wait')."
