"Overall, we had a good experience during our stay. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and happy to answer our questions. The hotel has a shuttle bus service, which was very convenient, especially for catching an early flight. We were a group of four, but there were only two sets of towels in the bathroom. Fortunately, I saw a housekeeping staff member in the hallway and was able to request additional towels. One issue was that the bathroom exhaust fan was not working. This was inconvenient for four people sharing one bathroom, especially when everyone needed to shower."

"The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The soundproofing was generally acceptable — I could hear children running and playing in the hallway during the daytime, but it was quiet at night. Overall, the hotel is located in a peaceful area. The gym was well equipped and had everything I needed for a workout while travelling. There is also a restaurant and café inside the hotel. However, the hotel is some distance from other restaurants and shopping areas, and the nearest bus route does not operate on weekends, which can make getting around inconvenient for guests without a car. Overall, the hotel itself was comfortable, but there was one major issue with the service. During my three-night stay, I requested a microwave and later asked for it to be removed. I had to contact the front desk three times over the course of an entire day about the removal, and despite those repeated requests, the microwave was still left outside my door. This was very disappointing. I understand that hotels can be busy and that occasional delays happen, but having to ask three times over the course of an entire day for such a simple request — and still finding the microwave left outside my door — made the level of service feel extremely inefficient. The hotel itself is comfortable and has good facilities, and the front desk staff were pleasant to deal with. However, the very slow follow-through on basic requests significantly affected my overall experience."
