"When we arrived to secure 4 rooms, we were told the water would be tested the next day by foor for a few mins on each floor starting on the 11th floor and working down to the main floor. "It is very hard to find the lobby. You must park in a dark parking lot behind the building and walk down the street to get to the lobby to check in. The night staff was rude and unhelpful. If you have a 6:00am flight, don't count on the hotel shuttle, it doesn't start running until 4:00 am. You must pay to park at the hotel. The parking spots are extremely small and it is tight to move around. The overflow parking is a dark lot under the overpass across the street from the hotel."

"It was an ok stay. Staff was generally courteous. I am dealing with a 16month injury and am on walker and they put us in pretty unfriendly room for someones whos disabled so I wish they would've reacted accordingly when they saw me. We were in a rush to get to a wedding so I didn't fuss with requesting a room change for one night.
