"This hotel feels old. Hallways smell like wet shampooed carpet that won’t dry. Rooms have black and tan carpeting that hides dirt and feels yucky. Hotel does not maintain locks so we were locked out of our room late on a Saturday night bec battery on lock was dead. Lots of noise from hallway and adjacent rooms after 11PM. AND this sprawling suburban hotel had the nerve to charge $30/ day for parking. This was NOT prominently noted onnExpedia or we would not have chosen this hotel. Not a resort, not very nice. "

"This was my second stay at this property, having stayed here a little over a month ago. Every single member of staff, that I had the opportunity to interact with, was absolutely a pleasure to speak with. They all were very personable, professional, and displayed genuine sincerity."
