"Possibly the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Bed was comfy, difficult for two of us to get dressed in the room at the same time 😂. Basic common area amenities, mention of a grab and go breakfast but no sign of one. Paid coffee machine in lobby. Good venue in nice part of Brum close to pretty St Paul’s Square. Probably won’t stay there again, but it was ok."

However the room was not well maintained with a cracked pane of glass in the window, grubby corners, badly marked paintwork. Having booked the room online and seen it - I was not advised that the room was in the attic, and that there were 2 flights of stairs to access it. the second one being very steep and narrow. Lots of bars, shops and restaurants within a pleasant stroll. The hotel itself is quite minimalist but has a bar, coffee area and breakfast restaurant. "Excellent location for attending the Utilita Arena, Symphony Hall or the SeaLife Centre. Q car park is adjacent to the property, or if arriving by train Birmingham New Street is a 15 minute walk. The property has comfortable rooms and the facilities are well maintained.
