"This property was very convenient, very clean, and a beautiful rooftop view. The staff there were great especially the door guy Raul, he went above and beyond for us and was the kindest soul. He gave us great recommendations for food and places to check out. We ate the largest and most delicious tamales there were because of his recommendation. Our housekeeper Areli, also did an amazing job with keeping our room clean, organized, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The location around...

"excelente hotel cerca e muchos atractivos de centro historico...excatamente atras de catedral metropolitana...el desayuno muy bueno y la atencion de lo mejor"
"Great property in the downtown area. The dining options within the property are excellent, although, there are plenty of options within walking distance. The area around the hotel is always full of crowds and people at all times of the day. Despite the crowds, it never felt unsafe even at night. The hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The indoor pool (heated) was nice touch and the outdoor pool is on the 6th floor, nice views and very relaxing escape. "
"The box beds are great, really secure. They also have lots of daily walking tours and activities. The main downside is you need the window open and the street is noisy. This didn’t bother me but if you need quiet, this wouldn’t be it. I loved my stay and would love to go back."
