Very helpful and courteous staff, free bottled water in lobby for customers, good food at the restaurant, great location, optional buffet breakfast was excellent and can be purchased on a day to day basis if schedule does not make since to include for the whole stay. I stayed in a gorgeous suite in the new Pyramid Tower. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, wonderfully equipped and had a fabulous view of the cathedral and zocalo area. All of the staff was friendly and helpful and the location is great for exploring the Centro Histórico area.
