I booked for one night and arrived near midnight on the day of the booking. When I went to check-in, the receptionist was rude, unwelcoming, and more concerned about how much I paid for the one night than helping me to go to my room. Just because I had a promo-fare, I was treated like I begged to stay for free. In the room, all the furniture was broken, no towels and the room had an unfresh smell. It was very disappointing.

I know this is an inexpensive hotel and well they didn't provide slippers for the bathroom,and there were roaches in the bathroom which made the first problem so much worse
