Staff was friendly but not fluent in German or English. Rooms were good but cold due to the heaters being covered. Wellness was not offered at the scale for the size of the hotel. - amazing breakfast

- if you like a coffee after breakfast the charges are extremely high (you get it from the same machine where you get your morning coffee for free)
- charges in general for drinks are very high
