"all very good"

"Spotless room. Friendly and efficient staff. Great value for money. Only fault was the poor quality pillows."

"Good room good service good food good view i will come back again next year"

"positive experience"

"Check in was met with friendly staff and was able to keep our luggage safe as our room was not ready due to being early. Location is in a quiet part of town with multiple team options to get to the center of the city. Highly recommended."

"The staff are fantastic and very accommodating. The cleanliness of the hotel was not as good as previous visits. The hallway on the first floor was dirty and needed a good vacuuming. In our room, the headboard and bedside table were damaged. The carpet needed hoovering, the shower rail was loose and the door strip in the shower needed replacing. There was also black mould around the bottom of the shower. The carpark is very tight for parking which isn't helped by people not parking within...

"This hotel is gorgeous, staff is amazing and it is in the heart of Amsterdam. Complimentary breakfast is incredible! Hotel restaurant delicious!!"

"เดินทางสะดวกโดยรถไฟ ห้องสะอาด พนักงานดี"

"The only staff that was helpful was the lady that was the customer relations manger. The others were just doing their job nothing special"
