"This is nice hotel. Our room was very modern, we had a corner suite so we had nice views of Old Town. The housekeeping staff are good at their jobs but impatient if you are slow to get moving in the morning (expect fairly noisy work in the hall if it’s 9am and you’re not on the move.) Front desk staff isn’t overly hospitable, but not rude either. We checked in and checked out with them, and that was all the conversation we had during our stay. The location is great, a short walk to the...

The showers spread water everywhere and make the bathroom slippery and unsafe. We were moved from our first room to another room with a slightly better shower enclosure, but still not great. Hosts are not on-site, which made things a little difficult. They are responsive to phone calls - but you need an international phone plan to call them and I had to...

"The lady that checked us in was very helpful and sweet."

"One block from the old city and train to airport was seamless."

"Best hotel in Munich with a great location. Super helpful and friendly staff in the heart of Old Town. Would recommend to all."

"Beds were hard, last day there my husband took a hot shower, he opened the bathroom door and the fire alarm went off. Staff walked in when my husband was naked saying theres smoke in our room, when he saw the steam near the fire alarm he told us we had to leave bathroom door shut. There was no vent/fan in bathroom. Staff super helpful and friendly! I would recommend, maybe theu have softer beds in other rooms."
