Guten Tag,vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung.Sie haben vollkommen recht, wir renovieren seit Anfang Februar für unsere Gäste, insofern kommt es tagsüber zu Lärmbelästigungen. Wie haben dies bereits Ende 2023 als Gästeinformation auf allen Online Buchungsportalen hinterlegt und präventiv unsere Preise mit verschiedenen Discountoptionen gesenkt. Die Umbauarbeiten in den einzelnen Zimmern sind vsl. Ende August 2024 beendet und wir freuen uns sehr, danach ein weiteres tolles Zimmerprodukt anbieten zu können.Ihr Team vom Living Hotel

Leider musste die bereits angelaufene Renovierung pandemiebedingt gestoppt werden.Unsere öffentlichen Bereiche, sowie einzelne Zimmer, welche noch nicht renoviert wurden, werden dann in „neuem Glanz“ erscheinen. Wir freuen uns unheimlich darauf!Aus diesem Grund bieten wir unsere ( noch nicht renovierten ) Zimmer aktuell zu einem sehr, sehr günstigen Preis an und arbeiten mit verschiedensten Rabattoptionen, wie Sie sicherlich festgestellt haben. Unsere niedrige Preisstruktur als Innenstadthotel ( direkt im Zentrum von München ) ist außergewöhnlich und wir freuen uns sehr, unseren Gästen solche Preise anbieten zu können.
