I have stayed at other Numa hotels in Europe and they are always excellent. Given that there are no staff onsite and they simply send you your own code to access everything you need, the system works perfectly. My room in Munich was very nice, well appointed and super quiet considering it was on the ground floor and close to busy intersections. I will definitely be staying here again.

Clean, safe and close to communication

I arrived late and it was a warm and welcoming lobby and easy access, with pincodes. The clean room was equipped with coffeemachine, teakettle, and free water and a nice bag of crisps. I also loved the products for body&shower from REN. Very nice place, good value for money.

The property was great to stay in. The interiors are modern and have been thought out for guests with storage, hooks, toiletries and a coffee machine. Access to emergency top ups was also excellent. Overall communication was good and very responsive. There are a few things that could be improved - regular cleaning (I had to request this, which I didn't think I should have to do), the standard of cleanliness could have been better (things were not dusted or hoovered), also I had to ask more than once for a blanket as it was cold in the room.

Very basic. No Kleenex or some kind of facial tissues. The shower door is so small you can easily splash everywhere even if you’re being careful.

We booked with breakfast. One week in advanced we were informed that there will be no breakfast possible. Unfortunatelly we did not get our money back for the breakfast fee (56 Euro). We are angy because breakfast was an important reason for our booking decision. Due to the fact we had to write exams in Munich in the mornings.

All good unless you need help

Room was nice and clean. The streaming on the TV did not work and though we were assured it would be fixed the following day, it was still not fixed by the time we left two days later. The communication with the staff seemed very dishonest. I got the feeling, they already knew and was just stringing us along

Hôtel sans réception. Échange automatique par mail et what’s app. Si vous manquez une communication, personne ne vous appellera, à vous d’appeler de vous débrouiller. Évidemment, il faut expliquer la situation en anglais. ATTENTION : le petit déjeuner n’est pas servi à l’hôtel mais chez un partenaire. Je l’ai compris le matin même donc trop tard… Parce que ça aussi c’est à faire en ligne… Bref, l’approche est à revoir.

Insgesamt gut. Das Zimmer wo ich dieses Mal war (302) hatte jedoch einen sehr lauten Kühlschrank. Dadurch konnte man nicht wirklich gut schlafen.

Super Unterkunft. Absolut nicht gefallen hat uns, dass wir am Tag der Anreise darüber informiert wurden, dass unser Appartement für zwei Leute nicht verfügbar ist und wir zwei Einzelappartements angeboten bekamen. Der Rabatt war ok und wir haben ein Late-Check-Outfit erfragt und bekommen… wir haben das „Angebot“ angenommen. Aber was hätten wir auch tun sollen? Es war Wiesnwochenende und hätten auf die Schnelle nichts vergleichbares gefunden. Schade, dass das nicht eher kommuniziert wurde.
