We are very disappointed about the points you particularly mentioned regarding the help with luggage and parking! All our employees are trained in the full tasks of a porter/concierge.We will speak with our staff directly and continue to train them.Our restaurant and bar is open for hotel guests as well as guests from outside and is very popular, a reservation or spontaneous visit is possible depending on availability. The regular room service menu offers ten sweet and savoury dishes & snacks, as well as three additional 24/7 dishes. Pasta is always available for the kids at the hotel during regular kitchen hours, but this is not explicitly written on the menu.
