With regards to your refund request, we do understand and empathize that you were checking out due to an emergency, however ,since it was on online pre-paid booking which was on a non- refundable basis as per the booking engine policy, we had to charge for all the 04 nights. We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We have also noted your feedback regarding your credit card being misused at the bar. Let me assure you that we have a strict control on the usage of guest cards and please be assured that no one at our end has misused your credit card. However if you do have any specific data which you can share with us regarding your card being misused, kindly write back and share the details with us so we can investigate the matter accordingly. Regarding the odor from the room, we do a thorough check of each room before the same is allotted to a guest and if you had brought this to our notice during your stay , we would have shifted you to a different room. Your feedback that you were disturbed by the music from the club has been noted and we apologize for the same. However, just to bring to your attention, we keep the noise decibels to a certain level only so as not to disturb our room guests.
