I called several times to hotel.com/ went to chat,could not resolve any issue. My nephew and niece did not get the room as booked.They gave them small room, horrible breakfast. I booked free Breakfast still they had to pay for Tea & Eggs.The room was with cockroaches.They could not check out cause nothing was done by you guys. Will not book again in future
To appreciate stay in Bombay, you must have visited or lived in Bombay. Staff was helpful. Added bonus was taxi services around who bring you to what activity you want, they wait for you and bring you back to the hotel.🙏
It was just ok. Location is not good and they don't have any kitchen or breakfast service. Found mosquitoes and they need to maintain little better. All the pics they are showing was super old and those are not recent pics. Its ok to stay if you dont find other hotels.

Worst esperience at all , first of all its not a star hotel . Surrouding is very bad and what you see in pictures its totally diffrent .I wasted my money I could have confirmed from some one who have lived here earlier . Lots of good hotels with little bit more price if you go little bit far from this area .

Its good nice place to stya near by station and acces all the transport facility.Rooms are as per price rate .Rooms service are very nice its good experience to stay here without any disturbance.staff are good behave, overall really good experience to stay
