"โดยรวมดีมาก อาหารเช้าอร่อย ที่จอดรถสะดวกสบาย บริการดี แต่ห้องพักที่เราได้นั้นเหม็นบุหรี่มากมาก จนหายใจไม่ออก ต้องเปิดหน้าต่าง ทั้งๆที่จองห้องพักแบบปลอดบุหรี่ wifi ใช้ไม่ได้เลย "

"Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Spontan eine Nacht zu verlängern wurde möglich gemacht. Frühstück sehr lecker. Für Veganer gibt es auf Nachfrage Milch-Alternativen für's Müsli. S-Bahn Station ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und so kommt man schnell nach Köln Messe/Deutz oder nach Köln."

"Sehr persönlicher Service, jeden Tag frische Handtücher, auch eben dann, wenn man vergisst, sie auf den Boden zu pfeffern. Das war bei der Hitze der Tage besonders hilfreich. Schöne Launch/ Lobby. Dusche perfekt, Matratzenhärte sehr angenehm. Zwischentüren im Gang furchtbar laut. Lässt sich sicher einstellen."

"We have very enjoyed our stay at the Urban Loft. Close to train station. Staff really friendly and super helpful. We were able to do early check in and leave bags during last day. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. The room wasn’t huge but fine for us. The room isn’t cleaned as standard during a two night stay and we were made aware of this on check in but told we could request clean towels if wanted. Would stay again."
