I liked that the room had a safe, however for a forced or hotel I would’ve expected an ironing board to be included within the room and not have to request it at reception. The room was large as was the bathroom and it was a quiet building as well, very well insulated. The first couple of nights it was very hot and it was nice that the room had air-conditioning. I do feel that the breakfast was rather expensive for what it was,...

"The hotel is just across the central station so it’s very convenient for traveling around and for food. The breakfast is nice. Most of all we are very impressed by the receptionist, Hang Tran. He is so nice to welcome and take care of guests. We had good impressions of him from our stay last October. That’s why we chose to stay here again this time."
