Matthias en zijn werknemers bleven kalm, stelden ons gerust, en acties werden ondernomen! De volgende dag alles normaal, dit hotel is als ons tweede verblijf in Oostende, we voelen ons hier altijd zeer welkom!"

"Excellent place to stay for a short break. A very good breakfast that catered for all needs was just the ticket. Only downside was the lack of storage in the room, but this didn't distract from a great stay"

"Comfortable and friendly hotel in the north central part of town around a 10 minute walk from the railway station. There are many bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood including the Botteltje which is across the road and the beach is a 3 minute stroll, two blocks away. A wide selection of options are available at breakfast time at the hotel and are well worth it. Staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable for local info as are the staff at the tourist information office on langestraat...
