Solo getaway!!

Great place, you can see seals from your window. I got a private room with balcony overlooking the Marina and it was pretty amazing. I would stay there again!!

I had such a perfect stay here, I got a private 2 queen bed room. The price point was great and the location couldn’t have been better, everything was walkable. We walked to the beach, restaurants, stores, and coffee shops with ease, and being right in the marina made it even more special. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, easily exceeding my expectations. You also need a key card to get access to the room area, so it felt very safe. The hotel had a nice pool, daily happy hour drinks, and plenty of social events, which made it easy to meet people. I appreciated that it was both lively and relaxing. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, and every staff member I interacted with was kind and welcoming. Overall, an incredible experience with no complaints, I’d absolutely recommend it.

Such a cute place! The food and drinks are so good! Everyone there is super friendly. Rodoiťo Marlon had excellent customer service. He helped us check in & out. He also helped us book a boat ride…so beautiful. I will definitely be coming back!

This is a great place for a solo traveler. Also great for couples. I met people from all over the world and everyone was very social. The place was great and Lucia and Dani were very nice from check in to check out. They will hold your bags if you arrive before check in. That was very nice!

I've stayed at MM locations before and they're pretty great for what it is. This particular location do not get the single room unless you love sleeping in fried shrimp air while sitting on the speakers directly above Senor Frogs. The kitchen exhaust kicks all the fryer air directly into the bedrooms.. enjoy!

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mayan monkey! Fun themed evenings, really large private room, and close to the marina. It is on the other end of the marina so I would maybe not have loved walking home alone at night but with someone else it was not a problem. Would return!

Melo checked me in and as he was checking me in, he greeted everyone coming into the office by name and remembered room numbers - super impressive and he was so kind and helpful! The rooms were great, breakfast was delicious, and beds were comfy. Highly recommend

Would definitely recommend, I’ll come back again. Super close to the marina, markets and a close by mall. Staff are very friendly and helpful, the views and vibes are amazing, food is ok, the hostel bathrooms could use more servicing/maintenance. Other than that it was a lovely experience for sure!
