Our room was great, with a beautiful view. We loved have the hot tub on the balcony. Liked that it was close to downtown and Walmart. Staff and service were good except for the few times they tried to get us to their timeshare presentation but they backed off once we stood firm on not being interested. Never had an issue finding a lounge chair at any of pools and access to the beach was easy. Also the spa and their staff was really great. Will definitely be going back.

Great stay at this hotel. Incredible views, convenient location, and great service (despite the timeshare advertising). Would definitely consider staying here again. We loved the rooftop pool-- you need to hit a F&B minimum to make a reservation, but it was well worth it.
The main con was that the hot tub in our room was way too hot (uncomfortably so), so we couldn't use it at all during the trip.

The resort is smaller than some of the others, which is a good option when you want more quiet atmosphere. Air conditioning in our room was overly loud, there was a leak in a ceiling light in the master bathroom as well. The view from the room was amazing.

The staff was excellent. The room was clean and the food was good. The outstanding person at reception was Alan who was respectful and easygoing, always going that step further when I needed help.
only drawback was the time share presentation-it was torture

Everyone is really nice but down at the beach Julio helped us every day and he is very nice. Very helpful and friendly and that’s why I requested him every day. Another guy down by the beach named Angel was very helpful

5 star adult only. They allow kids but only pool for the kids on property. Best ocean view room I have ever had. Best tuna sushi on rooftop bar. We have never had any better. They want you to do their breakfast to buy the vacation club and they give you free meal vouchers. If you use them it is an extermely limited menu. They should give you a choice. I would be happy paying vs the free.

Everyone at Corazon was very friendly and courteous. We were there while the pool was being repaired and the construction work was noisy and annoying. It took a while to learn the elevators to take to get to Aleto, the beach restaurant. Did not care for the sales pitch upon arrival trying to get us to attend a sales pitch the following morning.
Maid service was excellent. Check in and out was a breeze.
Overall we were very pleased and would be glad to return

The property was very nice, 2 infinity pools. I stayed in a the suite with the hot tub and it was amazing. The only thing I didn't like was the time share offer forced upon us before they took us to out room.
