"Our room's heater was very loud and we had a hard time sleeping. The bathroom light flickered all the time when we turned it on so we could not even shower. The pool was warmer than the hot tub. The person at the front desk was never around. Called EXT. 200 like the sign said but no answer. We will never be staying here again."

"This room was listed as queen sized but the actual bed was full-sized/double. That was deceptive and would have been a major issue if I had been dual occupancy."

"Our room was not serviced while we were out all day. We left our room at 11:30 AM and returned at 9:30 PM only to find that our room had not been cleaned, towels refreshed etc. and no, we did not have our do not disturb on. Thank you."

"Very good value for money. Excellent location for road travellers"

"Love it! The employee was super helpful and cool that you don’t see a lot nowadays for sure I come back the best part the breakfast’s was the best my kids love it. If my kids love it I love it to."

"Other than noisy elevators and ice machines you could hear in the room which kept us awake, place was great!"

"A few minor points no k cups were provided for the in room coffee maker and only 1 cup also room was clean bed comfortable however the shower wad extremely slippery with no mat provided"

"Rooms were clean, hot tub and breakfast were good."

"Very nice staff. Great breadfast although they were out of black tea the whole time we were there . Everything was clean. Great place!"

"Our stay was disappointing due to noticeable issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The first floor had a strong smell of marijuana throughout our visit. Inside the room, the walls were covered in scuffs, there were visible stains on the ceiling, and the AC/heating unit was dirty, containing debris left behind from previous maintenance or lack of cleaning. The property is in clear need of better upkeep and general repairs."

"Hot tub was down, which was one of the main reasons I picked this hotel from others in the area."

"Overwhelming chemical clean smell. Could hardly breathe. Will avoid this hotel in the future."

"Room was clean and cozy, though the pillows could have been better, but I've always been a fan of larger pillows. the bed was comfortable. The pool was nice and the staff very helpful"
