Hotel in Mouscron, Belgium
This hotel is totally misrepresented on the Internet...and the stairwell, hallways as well as rooms smelled of urine. There is no Wi-Fi. Staff were not helpful. We had booked for 2 nights but could not stay the second because of the smell...they would not give us the money back. They asked for cash for the one night and we should reverse the Credit Card...but then did not give us a receipt. The credit card company needs the cash receipt. Now, they have the money for three rooms for three nights...and we stayed only one. I am sure the head office of this chain has not been to this hotel!
