"Clean bathroom. Fluffy bed and pillows. Slept great. TV was big and 4k. Definitely my go to hotel in this area"

"Nothing too bad here but a couple issues. The phone in my room didn't work. I alerted the staff and was told that someone would be by to look at it and nobody came. The TV didn't initially work either, someone came to work that out and got it "partially" working, but not fully working. Also, front desk was not staffed other than at peak hours. A note to call a number was put at the front desk if you needed help, but this is an inconvenience because you have to wait for them to come and...

"The breakfast area seemed understaffed during our stay, which affected the overall experience. Having more staff available during breakfast would help improve service."

"This hotel was absolutely perfect. Not only was the room clean, quiet and the staff was friendly and professional, it was the extra touches like robes for after our shower, dimmable lights and just a gorgeous lobby. We will be looking for more Omni Hotels in the future."

"The room was lovely, parking was close and easy, and breakfast was absolutely amazing. Hope to stay here again someday!"

"Hotel was conveniently located. Self parking on-site was great. Welcoming lacked a bit with the gentleman who checked us in, however the other staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was pristine and spacious. Would have been nice to have extra pods of regular coffee in the room for early am. Did not do breakfast as it ended at 9:00 am."

"The hotel needs a refresh. Small details like peeling wallpaper, dripping toilet, room doors that were not sealed so every sound came through. And it was very loud in the halls. The weekend breakfast was not good. Cold food that was supposed to be hot. The dining area was in a “bar” and there was as trash and junk spread all over and behind the bar. On arriving we were told there was tea and coffee. There was no plain black tea, I asked for some but no one could find any the three days we were...

"The property has a park in back of it that is beautiful."

"First of all, the desk person told us where to enter the building but that door was broken. The next day, all of the power was out so no exterior doors or interior lights worked. The room was not cleaned by housekeeping the second day. The TV didn’t work. Underwhelming experience."
