Good location with easy access to expressway. Super friendly staff, very accommodating. The pool was closed for maintenance but the website did not mention this.

Room was supposed to be non smoke, smelled like smoke. Smoke detector was gone and wire hanging from ceiling. Outlet behind bed table was hanging out of wall. One pillow on bed had dried blood spot that was visible thru pillow case.

At check in was told my reservation was cancel. Not by me. Had reservations for a king smocking room. Was only able to get a double with two full beds. Missing light bulbs, pool out of order, lights out in halfway. Charged full price. Will speak to manager in am. Not happy. Will not recommend,

Smoke detectors missing. Dead bugs . Electrical outlets and phone jack’s hanging out of wall. Gap between door and frame allows people to look inside. Ice bucket had no sanitary liner. Property is old and needs a remodel.

Very quiet. The only thing we found wrong was the TV didn't work except on one channel which was the Food Channel but we enjoyed that. All in all... Very pleasant stay

Tv did not work. Shower was noisy and water was all over bathroom. No tissues. Outlet did not hold curling iron plug. Check in personnel was great!!

Won’t stay again.
Rented with the intention of the pool for the kids. Upon arrival the pool was not working even though I confirmed when booking. Room was ran down and didn’t feel clean. Beds were uncomfortable. Manager was not friendly.

Staff was amazing and nice. Other guests however were not amazing or nice. The walls are super thin and noise was ridiculously loud and kept the kids up which in return caused a cranky two yr old. Personally will not stay again at this location if it can be avoided but for the price for those passing through it’s not terrible.

Staff was very friendly and responsive, but the facilities were old, outdated, and dirty. pool was out of order which could have saved the trip but then a room without a remote was what where we found ourselves. no fault to the staff as they were very accomodating but this hotel kept me saying one word ... dump

The tv was unplugged and didn’t work after it was plugged in. The tv remote was likewise broken. The clock was unplugged and broken. There was a strange banging noise coming from the wall or ceiling during the night that evidently stopped. Sounded like a broken refigerator next door or in the room above. The night clerk was friendly enough. The day clerk not so much. She was very unprofessional and rude. She made no attempt to apologize for our inconvenience. Will never stay here again.

Would have liked to have been informed that the pool and hot tub were not working. Our room was set up for 1 person when I called done for more towels they only sent 1. Also king room was retro fitted from a double room no plug near bed no night stand on one side and TV so low you could really see it from bed useless you sat up

Service for registration, fast and quick. Room was quiet, large and well appointed (Dive soaps!)…everything clean. Breakfast was simple, with good assortments. I’d go back again.

Check in was friendly and easy. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. They loved our dog. Area around the hotel was dog friendly with lots of space to run. Room was clean, comfortable with amenities. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend!
