"Hotel is in a good location, ample parking. It's a stately building fairly well maintained, though the elevator access on floor 1 is hindered by the carpeting that restricts the door from opening. Yes you have to manually open the door to access the 50 + year old elevator and make sure it doesnt swallow any body part when the door closes, very cool. The food in the attached restaurant/ pub was good, though the service was hindered by only 1 person doing everything, hotel check in and restaurant duties."

Our only complaint would be evening meal did not come up to expectations. Advertised as served with salad. A flat bread with minute bits of salad. A disappointment.. Quite pricey. "The property was advertised as being located in Llanberis. But there's no property at the location shown by Expedia. The actual property is located 11 miles apart. Don't fall for this scam. The propert management says they don't know about any change, Expedia support team confirmed there's a mismatch with location advertised. This was a expensive mistake for us. "
