I was genuinely impressed by Grand Hi-Lai Hotel. It’s elegant, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The hotel has a refined and sophisticated atmosphere that makes the whole stay feel special. Having a department store and a food court downstairs, along with fine dining restaurants upstairs, is extremely convenient. The beautiful harbor view at night is simply breathtaking. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and would definitely love to come back.

Love the hotel. Very central location. Close to MRT. Breakfast a bit repetitive after long stay. Late night snack is a bit hit with the kids. Good size guest room. Bathroom is a bit dark. Room for improvement for staff and hospitality.
