"There were no forks at breakfast on both days we stayed there, and the toaster was broken. When I asked, I was informed that they got slammed with reservations and didn't have any. The breakfast setup was very tight for such a large hotel. Also, the pool was closed, which was disappointing and not noted anywhere. There are so many hotels in the Parsippany area, so I will not be staying here again. "

I asked the staff because my food was delivered and the guest stole it and walked fast to avoid detection, to go to her room and see that one of the orders said my name. They did nothing, they owe me $44."
