"I liked staying here. It close to beach. There are drying machine that we helped me to dry my wet clothes . Clearly to entrance. Parking. A bit expensive for the such level of ap. "

"The room was terrible. My bed head was against the wall that was on the main road, room was so noisy, no curtains on the skylights and might as well have been none on the windows. I could read my book at 2am with the lights off (which was help full because the room was so noisy and bright i couldn't sleep!). Pleased i was only there for one night. Wont be back."

"Loved the area, even though the mountain is closed. Very quite and pretty. Could have used some instructions for the washer and stove, had to have AI help me. Construction next door left the patio unusable, no privacy. Room was nice and I had parking and everything else I needed. "

"The room was clean and the location was great — close to both the mountains and the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the area. However, there were no soaps provided in the container, and I found that many basic items came with additional charges. "

"A surprising find and well worth staying here in a quiet cul de sac. Not far from Tauranga central and other amenities. The owners were great and helped us navigate the area. Breakfast was more than ample, quite a feast."

"Had such an excellent stay at Hotel City Side in Tauranga. Everything was so stylish and beautifully presented, with superb lighting features throughout that made the whole place feel warm and modern. It honestly all looked brand new and was spotless. The location is perfect too — easy walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and the waterfront, which made getting around so convenient. We stayed there over night for our daughter’s competition in Tauranga, everything was great for us couple. Comfortable bed and clean room. Loved to come back again. "

"From arrival the host was amazing and while we requested a ground level room they had no idea our daughter uses a wheelchair and yet made it so easy for us to park our car. The motel is near the city but still so quiet and our NY's experience was amazing esp the fireworks display which was literally down the road. Clean facilities, great amenities and awesome for families even though there were only 3 of us. Thank you so the host and team who looked after us and made it a memorable stay ❤️ "
