"The hotel is well located in Markham. However arriving at night from Denison St, we drove into a poorly lit drive way which ended up in its neighbor's dark parking lot. Turns out the hotel parking is via a long side road from its neighbor's driveway!
Once inside, the entire hotel ground floor appears to be an afterthought by the architect. Anyone new to the hotel will be dis-oriented by a myriad of hall ways, poor signage and a reception desk hidden behind the elevator shaft.

"I stayed at this property for approximately four days and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
The room was not properly maintained. There was visible water leakage damage on the ceiling, which gave a poor first impression. The microwave was also defective, as the turntable was not rotating. As a result, food could only be heated evenly by repeatedly stopping and rotating it manually from different angles.

"Great location to airport or downtown Toronto. We utilized the free shuttle to get to the airport and hop on the express train to go to a Blue Jays game. We trained back to the airport and then hopped on the shuttle back to the hotel. Too easy! Front desk was very responsive via text as well. I would stay here again."
