"Was excellent stay, staff was very respectful "

"Just stayed one night to celebrate my daughter’s bachelorette party downtown. And we had a room on the 12th floor with a beautiful view of the city. We had no complaints. Free breakfast and parking was a breeze. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will be staying there again in the future "

"The rooms are great. I had a junior suite (separate living room and kitchenette from the bedroom and bath. The bedroom was very spacious with a King-size bed, desk, bureau and comfortable seating chair. I also loved that they had extra blankets in the large closet. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again. "

"This hotel has offered airport shuttle in the past, but no longer does. I've stayed at this location several times in there past and it was always nice and clean. Now, not so much. The hallways were nasty and the room smelled bad. The rink sprayed clean, but the smell was awful. The area of town no longer seems very safe. Had I been traveling alone I would have left immediately. The only reason I stayed was because my husband was with me and we had to be at the airport at 5am and it was already midnight. I wouldn't recommend this location and will definitely not stay there again. "

"The checkout and check in process was extremely slow… the shower wouldn’t completely turn off and it wouldn’t drain. We had to stand in shin deep water while taking a shower. Definitely not what I expected for the price we paid."

"The rooms are huge, very nice and the bed was comfortable. The property has the ability to be a diamond but it needs to be polished. The check in area should be grand for such a property, it feels and looks temporary, out of place up a step when you walk into the lobby. It is full of clutter, cheap looking iPad screens that look like a cheap self check in station or what it turns out to be is where you acknowledge the rules of the property. The check in process is clunky and the staff is mediocre and dull without an explanation of the property amenities. "
