Very disappointed with the housekeeping lady who left my door unlocked then when i got into my room she abruptly walked in on me without knocking. "The property appears quite run-down and is in serious need of maintenance and renovation. The washrooms are in very poor condition, with several broken fixtures, and some of the curtains in room are torn. The elevator buttons are unreliable and often need to be pressed several times before they respond. Communication can also be challenging, as many staff members have limited English proficiency. At breakfast, the dishes were not labeled, even though I noticed the food labels stacked nearby...

"I had a lovely short stay in the Riad with my family. With 3 adults and two little children, the bunk beds added lots of excitement ! The owner and staff onsite are incredibly welcoming and kind. The Moroccan breakfast was delicious, generous and so pleasant as we were sat in the quiet patio on a clear and bright day.
