"A new hotel so everything in great condition, with decent sized rooms and good large communal bar/restaurant/lounge space on ground floor. The staff were very good, friendly and welcoming, made everything quick and easy at check-in an check-out. Easy walk from T2 to the hotel. "Reception staff were disorganised. We had 2 rooms booked - one was a larger king and the other a twin. We were directed to the wrong room. After repacking and finding the correct room the a/c was not working. Engineer never appeared as promised and after a further call a receptionist came to say he couldn’t fix it. "Expedia listing did not say the room I booked was basically a basement prison cell without the benefit of a window. Horrible. No one answers the phone at this property. When you call the number on Google you get charged, even if you hang up the moment you hear the voice saying you’ll be charged. Car Park blocked by bad parker , despite telling the front desk, car did not move so I had to park off site. Never stay at any hotel managed by this chain for the sketchy phone system alone.
