Since your reservation was due to check out on the 3rd day, we did not automatically offer room service on the 2nd day. Your request for room service on the 2nd day of your stay was communicated with our Housekeeping Team, but because you left a DO NOT DISTURB sign on your door, our Room Attendant was unable to enter your room.
