"Our room was lovely and had a wonderful little balcony with a pretty view of the park and gardens. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, having the park steps away and just around the corner from Main Street. We had known in advance that the mineral pool was closed so that was understandable but we were not informed that the restaurant on site was closed as well and we were disappointed by this lack of information."

"I was very leary after reading reviews about people’s stays at this location. Boy was I wrong. Yes, the chairs in the room need upgrading and the heat took a while but it’s an older location. The bed was so comfortable, the sheets were soft, the pillows nice and soft. The bathroom was clean and the shower had a multifunction head with hot water that took no time at all to heat up. I am in love with the bed side lamps! 2 functions: light on or body on. The body was a mosaic amber that gave off...

"Two king beds in our pet friendly room with easy back door access to let our dog out to potty. Breakfast was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean renovated room, quiet and very safe for 1 year old baby."
