"Great front desk staff. Outstanding customer service. Half the parking lot was closed, so I was forced to park in the garage, which was a very long walk to the lobby, especially with luggage. The room was clean but virtually no amenitiesI I ate in the restaurant, and the servers were very nice, but the service was very slow. I left in the morning and there was no one at the front desk to check me out. I’ve stayed at this hotel for many many years in all of its different forms and it is still an excellent hotel just not as good as it used to be."

"Our stay was great! We really appreciated the breakfast options offered at the restaurant in the lobby area. It was nice to have the option to park in the paid garage or for free on the street, right in front of the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the halls were quiet."

"Had a funeral to attend. Staff was very accommodating. Loved that the room had a full kitchen (didn't use it) but loved to have the option. Heated Whirlpool was great! Never wanted to leave it. Mr. Romany was extremely helpful throughout our visit. My husband actually tried to slip him a tip for being some welcoming and helpful and he refused it and said he just loved his job. Surrounded by department/grocery stores, shops, & restaurants. My family lives in the area. Will definitely stay here when I visit again. Hotel is outdated as others have stated, but I think it adds to its charm."
